After this past year, connection has been a top priority for me. Relationships that I took for granted became more important than ever and it’s something that I want to continue to prioritize. One of the best ways for me to show a friend or loved one how much I care about them is with a handwritten card.

Foster Connection through Cards

That’s why I am beyond grateful to be collaborating with Hallmark again. You’ve heard me talk about them before, but their cards make it so simple to show appreciation.

My boyfriend Camber recently got a promotion and Hallmark had the perfect card for a congratulations. I love having these on hand, ready to go whenever I need them. Seriously, I have a drawer full of cards for whatever might come up including new jobs, graduation, when someone needs to be cheered up and just thinking of you cards.

Sending a card to someone helps build a connection that can’t be replicated in a text or Zoom call and it shows the extra thought that you are willing to put into a relationship you care about.

I wanted to share a few of my favorite cards that I picked up and can’t wait to send out!

  • This is the card I gave to Camber to celebrate his promotion. Fellow plant lovers will be obsessed.
  • I think this is the perfect card to have on hand for when your bestie is having a rough week.
  • I am going to be sending this one to my mom, just because.
  • Lastly these mini cards are the cutest thing ever. I am planning to tuck these into books that I give to friends for them to stumble upon (bonus: they can double as a bookmark).

I'm Bailey, your new social media bestie.

Instead of doing what I thought I was supposed to be doing, I got intentional. I started asking “what if” all the time and I stopped putting so much pressure on myself to do things at the perfect time or the right way. Instead I took a little leap here and another there to create a life I love.
