I am so excited to be partnering with Hallmark again. You know that I am a snail mail enthusiast and it all started because I never received any mail. Seriously, not even bills were coming to my apartment. I was constantly complaining about it until one day I realized if I wanted to receive snail mail I had to start sending it. 

Four years ago I got in the habit of sending cards frequently and it’s a habit that stuck. You can read more about that here. Now I love to send cards so much and it’s become a fun ritual. I know that receiving a card out of the blue always brightens my day. Whether it’s a card of support or encouragement or just to say hey I haven’t seen your face in a while it truly makes a difference in someone’s life. 

One of the things I love about Hallmark’s cards is the variety. There is seriously a card for everything, I had a hard time choosing just a few to share with you. My favorites right now are in the quarantine cards category and the just because category. 

Sometimes it can feel stressful to find the right thing to say or just anything to say which is why I love finding a funny or relatable card to use as a jumping-off point. And just remember if you are struggling with what to write, think about what you would want to hear from your friend or loved one (that’s always my go-to). 

For the next 3-weeks I am challenging myself to send a card to someone to show love and appreciation, and I would love it if you would join me! I already sent out this week’s cards to my Mom who is always on the top of my list to say how grateful I am to (seriously she’s the best) and my friend Haley who is the kindest human being ever.
