This year has been flying by, and I couldn’t be more excited for the summer months. I have a few trips planned out so stay tuned for travel guides and restaurant reviews. Salt Lake becomes such a vibrant city during the summer with their weekly farmers market, twilight concert series, and outdoor workouts like Yoga on the Plaza.

I have been making the most of it and spent this past weekend at the downtown farmers market. If you didn’t get a chance to go yet put it on your list for next weekend. Be sure to check out Buzzed Coffee Truck and the Raclette Machine. I stumbled across some new finds in the past couple months and thought this would be the best way to share!

You are a Badass is my new favorite summer read. If you haven’t already heard about this book then you need to click add to cart on Amazon. It has some great insight and will make you want to excel in life. This book has gotten a lot of hype and it is all true.

These new sneakers are my favorite addition to my closet. They are pretty comfortable for walking around Salt Lake, but more importantly, that is rose velvet. Of course, these shoes are from my favorite local boutique.

I am super late to the game on my last find of the week, but I recently started shopping at Trader Joe’s and it has been a game changer. Their prepared meals and pre-cut vegetables have made it so easy for me to eat a little healthier and save money. I normally eat out at least one meal a day, but this week I am challenging myself to eat from home. I stocked up on food and am ready to take on the challenge. (peony season at Trader Joe’s is really my new favorite)
