I am still committed to sticking to my workout goals but I’ve been pretty uninspired over the past couple weeks with my actual workout sessions. A quick forty minutes at the gym is great, but often times it doesn’t feel like I am really accomplishing anything or really enjoying myself. When I was living in Boston over the summer I had such a great time trying out different types of fitness classes, like SoulCycle (officially obsessed) and now I want to try to implement more exciting workouts in my everyday workout routine.
Which is why I am doing what I do best, creating a bucket list. This list is everything I want to try this year that is fitness oriented.
- Stand Up Paddle Board
- Orange Theory Class
- Pole Dancing Class
- Cross Country Skiing
- Aquaerobics
- Bollywood Class
- Trampoline Dodgeball
- Surfset
- Heels Dance Class
- Acrobatic Yoga
Workout classes don’t have to be boring and I am excited to add these fitness adventures into my 2017.
