How many amazing girl bosses do you know out there? I am so grateful that my life is filled with more girl bosses than you can imagine. These are the women in my life who are getting up every day committed to making their own lives better and encouraging the women around them. In honor of Thanksgiving, I thought it was time to give them a little love because not enough people really do. Whether I met you through internships, group projects or my sorority, I want you to know that you have truly shaped who I am. I could not accomplish late nights in the library or managing four internships, and still having fun without your inspiration. You are the not so secret reason that I am making it through college in four years and the reason I am going to be so sad to leave.

Thank you to the girls who I have in my life and thank you to the girls who are in everyone’s life. Somedays it can feel as if this battle to be better than the day before is something you are doing alone, but that is the best part of this battle. We are in it together. It’s not enough to post your #girlboss photo anymore. It’s time to really embody that. I am trying to embody that every day as much as I can … by picking up the phone when a friend calls, by supporting inspiring women, and by of course saying thank you.
