2020 has been a … dare I say … an unprecedented year. Millions of lives were impacted by the COVID-19 virus and still are being affected. One thing I always try to do when shopping for gifts is to think about the impact my purchase is making. Not only is a gift something that will hopefully bring a smile to the recipient’s face, but it can also make a HUGE impact in a business owner’s life. Your purchase can truly change someone’s life, and while I love Amazon, knowing that my purchase made a difference in someone’s day is a little more meaningful.
Here are some of my favorite small businesses that I recommend for your gifting needs this year. If you have any favorites that aren’t on this list, be sure to let me know in the comments.
Pretty By Post: for all your greeting card needs! I cannot talk enough about how much I love the cards from Pretty By Post. I recommend gifting a greeting card subscription to a loved one, that way you can connect with them through snail mail. It’s the gift that keeps on giving.
Promptly Journals: for the person, you literally don’t know what to give. Promptly Journals has a journal for every stage in life and my personal favorite to gift is the Gratitude Journal.
Flex Factory: for the person who loves a good game or puzzle. I stumbled on this shop on Instagram and can’t get enough. This puzzle is the perfect gift for spending more time indoors. I seriously think it would take me weeks to finish.
Kaekoo Shop: for your interior designer friend. The pillows and honeycomb shelves from Kaekoo are my favorite! I absolutely love everything on their site and the ever-evolving styles on this shop.
The Tiny Tassel: for your stylish BFF. The Tiny Tassel has the most fun masks, headbands, and earrings. I purchased a mask and headband this summer and wear them all the time.
Luv Scrub: for you skincare bestie. This mesh body exfoliator will change the shower game forever.
I hope this list helps with your holiday shopping!
