I don’t know what it is, but lately all I see online is food. New recipes, fresh fruits, pressed juices, decadent deserts. It’s a problem.
I have compiled a list of my top five recipes I want to try this week. I always seem to struggle with either buying food for recipes and then never making them, or buying too much food and just having half go to waste. This week one of my favorite blogs, The College Prepster had a guest post from Living Lou about cooking for one.
So the challenge is on: one whole week of cooking meals for myself (including lunch) and hopefully a minimal amount of waste. Follow my instagram to see some snapshots of my meals!
